Mr. Tighe, before moving to Palm Beach County in 2000, was employed for almost a decade at the top Auto Insurance Carrier in the country, Mr. Tighe worked in NYC and while there, he defended claims for the party at fault in the accident and worked for the insurance industry. He has been involved in civil trial litigation for well over the past ten years.
Mr. Tighe exclusively handles cases on behalf of injured clients in matters involving Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Neglect & Abuse, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Wrongful Death, Dog Bites, Product Defects & Liability, Premises Liability & Falls, Boating Accidents and other types of personal injury claims.
Sometimes you hear people say, “Don’t settle under any circumstances.” This is wrong! Effective negotiation can sometimes produce the same award that could be won in court – but years earlier. I say settling is at times the preferable resolution. The skill is knowing which avenue is best for each client. We do.
